We worked closely with Craig McDonald Real Estate to bring the Parkview Officer land release to life.
The brand identity is centered around the land release site's natural flora and fauna with the logo featuring a Victorian native Crimson Rosella perched on a gum tree branch. This illustrative style is used throughout all the Parkview Officer branding and marketing.
The quintessentially Australian bird and the earthy colour palette speak to the natural landscape of the area.
The primarily single page website, showcases the features and benefits of the land release using a combination of bespoke illustrations and lifestyle stock photography.
We also designed a roadside billboard to further support the digital presence.
Zoe captured the essence of the Parkview Officer land release's main selling points perfectly with the logo and brand identity. The custom built website has helped us to stand out and the billboard signage has already been capturing local attention and driving sales, before we even listed online! 90% of sales have come from 1 single, large, kick arse and sexy advertising board – no highway pointer boards and minimal REA advertising. How good is that!!!
