Both. Hourly for one-off projects or ad-hoc work, a monthly retainer for steady ongoing support. No lock-in either way.
Can you work alongside my in-house team?
That’s most of what we do. We fit into how your team already works rather than taking over, whether that’s adding capacity, covering a gap, or handling the work no one in-house has time for.
How quickly can you start?
Depends on what’s in front of us, but turnaround on hourly work is usually within 48 hours, faster on a rush fee. For bigger projects we give you a realistic timeline when we scope it, not an optimistic one.
