Klaviyo Email Design & Shopify Quiz for skin care brand dr.NC

Dr Natasha Cook is a leading, premium skin care brand. We optimised their Klaviyo Flows (email automations) by re-creating their existing Flows from image based designs to best practice, responsive & accessible email designs.

Each email was designed for both desktop and mobile platforms, with some elements being specifically re-created for the mobile environment.

We also utilised Klaviyo's dynamic product recommendations to ensure each user's experience is personalised.

The new Flows saw an increase of 15% in revenue in the first 30 days.

We also set-up a Skin Care Quiz on the DrNC Shopify website, to drive leads and conversions. A pop-up leads visitors to the quiz, which after completion triggers a Flow in Klaviyo. After just 30 days, the Skin Care Flow is converting at 12%+ for orders placed.
